After a decade of teaching this Business Law course, Allison Burdette still found it difficult to bridge the chasm between discussion and thought to action. The Arts and Social Justice Fellowship program partnered Burdette with actor and playwright Olivia Dawson, to teach students in the class how personal storytelling can teach empathy and alter perceptions, reality and, ultimately, the world.
